Caitlyn Morales is a Paraplanner at Evensky & Katz / Foldes Wealth Management, where she plays an integral role in supporting advisors through comprehensive financial planning and client service. She contributes to the preparation and analysis of financial plans, onboarding of new clients, drafting of investment policy statements, reporting, and account implementation—work that enables advisors to focus more deeply on serving client needs. Caitlyn joined the firm in June 2025 after earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Wealth Management from the University of Florida. She is currently pursuing the CFP® designation, further advancing the technical skills that inform her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to planning. 

During her academic experience, Caitlyn engaged in a curriculum centered on investment management, retirement planning, and financial decision-making, which provided a strong foundation for her work in the wealth management field. Her early accomplishments reflect a commitment to diligence, collaboration, and continuous learning. As a Miami native, she has always valued the importance of strong community ties and has been involved in local volunteer efforts and campus organizations that promote financial literacy and personal development. In her work with clients and advisors, she brings a warm, client-centered perspective—prioritizing clarity, careful listening, and the fiduciary responsibility at the heart of the firm’s mission. 

Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending time by the beach, relaxing with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, and dancing. Her grounded, people-focused nature and appreciation for community reflect the core values of Evensky & Katz / Foldes—People, Community, Stewardship, Fiduciary, Trust, and Accountability. She looks forward to growing within the firm and continuing to contribute to meaningful client experiences as she advances in her wealth management career.
