Ignacio Voigt is a Paraplanner at Evensky & Katz / Foldes Wealth Management, where he supports the firm’s advisors in delivering thoughtful, comprehensive financial planning. He brings a strong academic foundation and a growing depth of hands-on experience to his role, contributing to the firm’s planning analysis, onboarding processes, and day-to-day client service work. Ignacio graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration and minors in Wealth Management and Economics, and he is actively pursuing his CFP® designation to further strengthen his technical expertise. His early career experience has already demonstrated his capacity for careful problem-solving, collaborative work, and a disciplined approach to client support. 

Before joining the firm in 2025, Ignacio gained exposure to investment analysis, portfolio construction concepts, and financial planning fundamentals through his academic work and mentorship opportunities within the University of Florida’s wealth management programs. His achievements—both in the classroom and in competitive team environments—reflect his commitment to preparation, follow-through, and continuous improvement. In his work with clients and advisors, he prioritizes clarity, empathy, and a fiduciary mindset, helping ensure every plan reflects each client’s unique goals, circumstances, and long-term vision. 

Outside the office, Ignacio leads an active lifestyle—often found golfing, fishing, barbecuing, or playing piano. A lifelong athlete, he grew up playing soccer and competed with the University of Florida Men’s Club Soccer Team, reaching the National Championship Tournament twice. Whether supporting clients, or pursuing his own passions, Ignacio brings the same discipline, integrity, and team-oriented perspective that defines the values of Evensky & Katz / Foldes: People, Community, Stewardship, Fiduciary, Trust, and Accountability.
