Rebecca Judd, IACCP® is the Chief Compliance Officer at Evensky & Katz / Foldes Wealth Management, where she oversees the firm’s regulatory compliance program and supports a culture of integrity, accountability, and fiduciary excellence. With a deep understanding of investment advisory regulation—and a refreshing, practical approach—Rebecca oversees the firm’s compliance program with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and doing the right thing, even when it’s not the easy thing. She is known for making complex rules approachable and for building strong relationships, reinforcing a culture where integrity and accountability are simply how business is done. 

Before joining Evensky & Katz / Foldes, Rebecca served as Director of Compliance at Pathstone, leading the core compliance team and managing firmwide regulatory responsibilities. She previously held the role of Chief Compliance Officer and Office Manager at WaterOak Advisors, experience that sharpened her ability to balance regulatory oversight with day-to-day operational realities. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Business & Information Management – Data Analytics from Seminole State College of Florida, graduating summa cum laude, and also holds an Associate of Arts degree. She is an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® (IACCP®), reflecting both her technical expertise and commitment to the highest professional standards.
