Brett Horowitz is a principal and wealth manager at Evensky & Katz / Foldes Financial Wealth Management, where he has been helping individuals and institutions achieve their financial goals since 2005. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University School of Business. Before joining Evensky & Katz / Foldes, Brett spent over five years at a family office planning firm in New Jersey, where he worked alongside a senior advisor to perform analyses of the personal finances of high-net-worth families, corporate executives, endowments, and foundations. In addition to his role in financial planning, Brett was an active member of the firm’s tax preparations department and served on the investment committee.
Brett’s wealth management approach is centered on a deep understanding of each client’s unique financial landscape, combining strategic planning with a commitment to organization. He helps individuals incorporate actionable steps into managing their finances, often with a focus on making complex financial systems more accessible and organized. Throughout his career, Brett’s research in Social Security planning has significantly benefited his clients, enabling them to maximize their benefits.
