Cocktails Under the Stars 2025
We were honored to once again serve as a Presenting Sponsor for Cocktails Under the Stars, hosted by Legal Services of Greater Miami at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. This year’s gathering brought together community partners, local leaders, and supporters committed to expanding access to justice for vulnerable residents across Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.
Strengthening Our Community Together
Supporting initiatives that foster stability and opportunity is central to our mission. The evening featured a vibrant mix of fundraising activities—including a silent auction, wine pull, and raffle—all benefiting Legal Services’ critical work on behalf of low-income families and individuals.
With more than 250 guests in attendance, the event served as a powerful reminder of the impact collective support can have on improving lives and strengthening our community.
Leadership & Participation
Evensky & Katz / Foldes team members David Evensky and Marcos Segrera once again served on the Host Committee, working alongside leaders from The Florida Bar and other dedicated advocates.
Why This Event Matters
Cocktails Under the Stars directly supports Legal Services of Greater Miami, the region’s largest provider of free civil legal assistance. Our multi-year $10,000 pledge—and our continued sponsorship of their annual fundraisers—reflects our long-standing commitment to helping ensure equal access to justice for those who need it most.
We believe that when individuals have the support and resources to navigate critical legal challenges, the entire community becomes stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to thrive.
