Courtney Grusendorf

Courtney Grusendorf is the Director of Client Services at Evensky & Katz / Foldes Wealth Management, where she brings a forward-thinking approach to redefining the role of client service within a modern RIA.  Since joining the firm in 2020, her work has contributed to a more scalable, efficient service model—one that enhances advisor capacity while elevating the overall client experience. 

Passionate about the evolution of client service in wealth management, Courtney advocates for a more proactive, relationship-driven approach—one that anticipates client needs and creates a more seamless experience for both clients and advisors. Her perspective continues to shape how client service teams can operate with greater intention, consistency, and impact within growing advisory firms 

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, equipping her with a strong technical foundation that informs her leadership today. She is known for her ability to connect day-to-day service functions to meaningful client outcomes, helping her team think beyond process and toward impact. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a focus on critical thinking, she develops high-performing professionals who understand not just what they do, but why it matters.  

 
Originally from Waco, Texas, she now lives in Lubbock, where she enjoys going to her nephew’s sporting events, relaxing with her dog, puzzles, and Sudoku.
